Founded by Century 21 Real-Estate entrepreneur and Four Seasons hotel developer, Peter H. Thomas, LifePilot is an international, values-based organization that empowers individuals with the relevant, proven tools and inspiration to align their daily lives with their fundamental values to reach their highest, personal potential.
A workshop that Peter visited in his early business career prompted him to create a written system for himself that he called his “personal goals and values guide”. This binder, which he credits for most of his four decades of personal and business success and which he carries with him wherever he goes, eventually formed the model upon which today’s LifeManual program is built.
After retirement, Peter began receiving invitations to speak to groups of CEO’s and other entrepreneurs within the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (of which he is a founding member) about his system. His presentation became so popular that during the past three years, LifePilot has grown into an organization with highly qualified navigators who have facilitated the LifePilot Workshop in half a dozen countries to audiences ranging from jailed inmates, to university students, to jet set entrepreneurs.
The concept of LifePilot was inspired by the tragedy of Peter's son Todd, who committed suicide at age 36 due to mental health disorders. LifePilot not only helps individuals from all walks of life find their bearings, but it also functions as a vehicle to promote philanthropy with all net proceeds from LifePilot events and programs flowing to community and charitable programs. Emphasis is given to children’s charities and those charities supporting mental health disorders.
