LifeManual is first and foremost about you. The process takes a holistic approach to life, working first on discovering your fundamental values to build the basis for all you do. Through various activities and exercises, LifeManual guides you in defining your personal values, in evaluating how well you are living them on a daily basis, and in creating a plan of action to live a meaningful and fulfilled life.

For most people, the LifeManual program is a life-altering experience –a chance to have an epiphany. Just like hitting a light switch that enables you to see your whole life in very simple, meaningful terms. You will see where you have fallen into habits that are counter productive or which restrict your happiness. You can then learn how to use some simple yet powerful tools to get you back in alignment with your core values and live the life you want on a daily basis. When you know your values, making decisions becomes a whole lot easier, and your life will become less stressful, more balanced, and ultimately more fulfilling.

About the Organization: LifePilot

The concept of LifePilot was inspired by the tragic death of founder Peter Thomas’ son, Todd. A gifted, spiritual young man, Todd lived a life of conflict and decided to end it by leaping to his death from the fourteenth floor of the New York Plaza Hotel. Todd had a severe sleeping disorder and over the years was diagnosed as manic-depressive, bi-polar, chemically imbalanced, and even schizophrenic. Struck by grief over the death of his son, Peter was determined to focus all his energy in a positive direction and decided to honour and celebrate Todd's life by galvanizing his method of values-based goal setting and share it with others. Peter found like-minded people who paralleled this passion and understood the theory behind it - together they created LifePilot in 2002. Read more on LifePilot.
