I had read some books about self-help and life improvement. As a matter of fact, I think many of these books teach you similar concepts such as focus, visualization, inspiration and reflection which are discussed in LifeManual. However, what is different in this book is that it teaches you how to find out what you value the most and how to relate the other tools such as focus, visualization, inspiration and reflection to your set of values. For me, this was the missing link.

At first, when I found out my Life Purpose and my Values, I was kind of mad at myself. How is it possible that I am turning 45 this year and I am just beginning to work on this subject? I should have done this twenty years ago but I never had the tools available and nobody showed me how. The only thing I can tell you is that if I had worked on this twenty years ago, I would have done many things differently.

However, on the other side, I think it is never too late to start, and now that I have become conscious of my Life Purpose and my Values, I am sure that in some weeks I will be able to also put a set of Goals in place. I just want you to know that, in the last two weeks, I have implemented some very important changes in my life that I know will bring me a lot of personal benefits in the coming months.

Believe me, as of today, I feel totally attached to the LifeManual concept. And I ask myself, how many persons like me are in a desperate need for this? In school and college I was taught many things, but I was never thought that it is an absolute must to make a plan for your life and how to accomplish it.
